Counseling & Wellness

Engaging in therapy can be a difficult process

I use an eclectic approach to providing mental health services that centers on unpacking your needs. My work with you will include creating collaborative goals to better support you. I also work to connect experiences from your past/childhood to understand how those may relate to your needs today. I use a culturally sensitive approach to our work that recognizes that you are the expert on you and that our cultures bring a rich tradition of healing with them. I am committed to engaging in a therapeutic modality that is justice centered.

In working with minors, I will also include space for brief consultation sessions with caregivers as needed.

Dr. D'Costa has a limited amount of space for counseling clients.
At this time all counseling services will be provided via telehealth.
